Tabernacle United Church is a progressive Christian faith community of approximately 70 members. The church is affiliated with the United Church of Christ and Presbyterian (USA) denominations and is located in the heart of University City, adjacent to the University of Pennsylvania.
We are seeking an Interim Office Manager to provide administrative services and support from February 25 through May 17 (12 weeks). This is a 15 hour a week position paying $20 an hour. To apply, send resume and cover letter to Shawn Megill Legendre at email@example.com.
A successful applicant will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, process management skills and attention to detail; an ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with good interpersonal skills. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of social media and electronic communications practices are a must. Experience in office administrative work is a plus.
The following are requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent.
- Submission of background clearances (FBI, Criminal Background and Child Abuse Clearance) prior to start date.
